Prices
All prices shown on this website are in EURO (€) and in Złotych (PLN). In case of a bank transfer, the payment can be made either in Złotych or Euro. When paying by credit card, you can choose between Złotych or the currency of your home country. If you decide for an online payment, the designated currency is Euro.
Services
We want you to feel completely at ease with us and offer you many amenities.
If requested, we will provide you with a highchair free of charge.
Minimum stay
Our apartment is personally prepared for each guest with much dedication and attention to detail. It can be booked from a rental period of at least two nights.
Parking spaces
We are happy to provide you with up to two parking spaces in the underground car park, which is located directly under the apartment building.
All around your booking
Booking & Confirmation
The easiest and fastest way for you is a reservation via the booking form on our website. If you prefer a traditional booking, you can also send us an e-mail to bellawawa@bellawawa.com. Upon receipt of your booking, we will conduct a vacancy check and confirm your booking by e-mail. Together with our confirmation you will receive helpful information about your reservation as well as our invoice.
Payment
Together with our confirmation email, you will receive an invoice for the services you have booked. We accept all major credit cards as well as online payments and traditional bank transfers. If the tenant is in arrears with the payment, the landlord is authorized to terminate the lease without further notice and to rent the apartment otherwise
Address & Arrival
You will receive the exact address of the apartment you booked with our confirmation email. To ensure that the last stage of your journey is stress-free, you will also receive detailed information on how to reach the apartment by public transport.
Check-in & hand-over of keys
The apartment may be occupied beginning at 15:00 h on the day of arrival. For earlier arrivals, check-in is also possible from 7:00 h, as long as the apartment is not occupied by other guests. We meet with you personally in the apartment to give you the keys and to familiarize you with the most important functions and information about your apartment.
Check-out & return of keys
So that you can pack your luggage calmly and without stress, your apartment is available on the day of departure until 12:00 h. An extension is possible after consultation. The key return takes place in the apartment.
Cancellation
We are happy about every guest who visits Warsaw! If you have to cancel unfortunately your reservation, we strive to keep the cancellation fees accommodating and as low as possible. Your cancellation should in any case be made in writing and is free of charge up to 14 days before arrival date. For cancellation between 14-7 days before arrival date, the cancellation fees are 50% and for later cancellations 100%. For all eventualities we recommend a travel cancellation insurance, which you can take out at a manageable amount online on the Internet or in your local travel agency.
